The team has over 25 years’ experience in acquiring and developing some of London’s finest real estate. With plans for significant growth, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Interior Designer include:
- Composing of design schemes and presentations.
- Interior space planning.
- Joinery and bespoke furniture concept design.
- Cost controlling and budgeting.
- Input into drawing packages AutoCAD drawing – space planning, elevations and joinery.
- The putting together of F,F&E, design and finishes schedules.
- Project / site coordination and management.
Key attributes of the Interior Designer include:
- 3+ years experience in the high-end international residential sector.
- Well organised, assertive and presentable with a can do and down to earth attitude.
- A strong eye for design and understanding of luxury and detail.
- An extensive knowledge of F,F & E suppliers.
- AutoCAD literate, 3D drawing packages would also be advantageous.
- Ability to free hand sketch and to do perspective drawing.
- Ability to multi-task/ be involved in several projects at once.
- Project management and site experience advantageous.

Arcologica is a small architectural design firm located in lower Manhattan. We specialize in high-end residential interiors in New York City and custom single-family homes in the Hamptons. We are seeking someone with 1-3 years of post-graduate experience in residential design who is proficient in AutoCAD (running on Mac OS) and possesses excellent communication, language, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities will include site surveys, production of construction documents, millwork detailing, specifications, site meetings, and working directly with project managers and the architect. Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable and able to manage all aspects of a project.
