Our office is seeking a highly qualified Project Architect to join our firm full time. Qualifications:
We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates who posses the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience on a diverse range of project types.
- Excel in working collaboratively and effectively on complex design-focused projects.
- The ability to lead projects through all phases of project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, design, permitting, and construction documents.
- Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building codes, building materials and methods.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entitlement process.
- Strong communication skills and proven project management skills.
- Knowledge of construction drawing organization and proficiency in CAD.
- Professional licensure and leed Accreditation is a plus.
- Vectorworks experience is also a plus.

Award-winning boutique architectural / interior design studio looking for an Intermediate Project Architect to join our highly creative and growing firm. Opportunities for rapid advancement available to highly motivated individuals.
Applicant must have 5 to 10 years of architecture / interior experience.
Must have restaurant, hotel, retail design experience. Only those with experience in restaurant, hotel, retail design will be considered.
Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, have good verbal, communication and collaboration skills.
Applicant should meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Word and Excel. Must be fluent in Rhino 3D modeling and V-Ray rendering software.
- Ability to manage all phases of projects from concept design through construction administration.
- Ability to manage project scheduling, budgets and coordinate bidding process.
- Experience and competency in supervision and production of drafting and detailing.
- Experience and competency coordinating with owners, consultants and contractors.
- Full working knowledge of ADA requirements, building codes and standards.
- Proven experience preparing project proposals, negotiating fees & contracts.
- Legally able to work in the United States.
