Due to an expanding portfolio of Projects in the pipeline for next year they now have a requirement for a Project Architect with at least 5 years’ experience in High-End residential sector, ideally in new build developments ranging between £1m – £30m contract value. This is a Senior Key Appointment for the company and presents an amazing opportunity for a charismatic, articulate and commercially-minded Architect to come on board and be an integral part of the Design and Development of a number of exciting new projects.
The Project Architect will have proven credentials working throughout inception to completion in design and delivery stages within the High End Residential sector. You must have led major projects in London through Planning and have a track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships and securing repeat business. Due to a number of planned projects in the pipeline, they are looking for the most talented Senior level architects for their dynamic London team to develop, manage and control the design and construction of a variety of projects.
This Project Architect job presents an amazing opportunity for an Experienced Part III Architect to join the dynamic London office. The successful Architect will be responsible for taking a number of projects from inception and early planning stages through to onsite delivery and completion and will be job running a number of fantastic projects. The role will entail a lot of responsibility, therefore you must be able to work autonomously from inception to completion, managing and co-ordinating a number of projects at different design stages. At this level, you will be expected to have experience of working directly with the clients, contractors and a wider design team.
Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be a minimum of Part III qualified with at least 5 years UK experience working on high quality Residential Projects. Applicants must be able to demonstrate good detailing experience and have the motivation to work towards the delivery of a number of complex projects onsite. Excellent design, technical and communication skills are essential in addition to a proactive and driven approach to deliver high quality design work.
