- Excellent design skills.
- Excellent visualization skills.
- Proficient in Rhino, Adobe Suite and rendering.
- Proficient in Revit.
- 4-7 years’ experience.
- Registered Architect a plus.
- Leed Ap a plus.
- Professional degree required.
- 3 years experience doing construction documents.
- Experience in small to mid-size projects, both interiors and new construction in NYC.
