We need you to be creative, confident, problem solving, detail oriented, able to multitask, and open to multiple ranges of design scales and types. You will be involved in every aspect of our design projects. The ability to draw and model by hand or digitally will not be under-utilized.
- Bachelors degree in architecture or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a high end residential architecture firm or similar.
- High-level proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Interest in traditional architecture.
- Responsible, organized, self-motivated with strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Experience in developing construction drawings and architectural details.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, finish selections, and space planning – can learn on the job.

team.
- Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region.
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.
