We require enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills to assist on projects from initial design through to construction.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of schemes from initial feasibility through to on-site construction.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate all round design and technical ability, enjoy working in a team environment with consultants and contractors.
Essential requirements:
- Riba Part III or advanced Riba Part II.
- 2 years minimum working in the UK.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Sketch-Up & 3D rendering packages.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proven technical grounding.
- Working knowledge and prior experience of UK Building Regulation and construction detailing.

- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.
- Supervise the preparation of applications for planning and building control departments.
- Supervise the preparation of tender documents for contracts.
- Site Inspections.

- Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.

- BA in Architecture.
- Rail Experience (essential).
