Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects is an award winning practice – recent winners of the New London Architecture 2015 award for housing - based in Hoxton, London and we are looking for experienced, highly motivated and organised individuals to join our team. We specialise in complex residential led mixed-use schemes ranging from 10 – 300 dwellings for community, public and private sector clients.
Due to our increasing workload, we need talented Part 3 Architects with all round experience and design flair:
- Minimum three years post Part 3 experience.
- Ability to work at all RIBA stages.
- Ideally candidates will have excellent design skills.
- Experience of preparing planning applications.
- UK technical/construction experience, an understanding of UK building regulations and the ability to produce quality technical and production drawings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good / advanced knowledge of Vectorworks, BIM, SketchUp and hand drawing.

Ohashi Design Studio is an architecture firm located in Emeryville, specializing in projects throughout the S.F. Bay Area.
We are looking for an architectural designer with 3-5 years of experience with proficiency in AutoCAD, production drawing and detailing – experience with Sketchup is a plus. We will only consider applicants who provide examples of their design work accompanying their resume.
You will be involved in all aspects of the projects from design through construction. Our work is varied and eclectic and we work all over the region from San Jose to Marin County, and is split between high end custom residential new homes and remodels and commercial-institutional work including the remodel of a small college and recently completed a 10,000 sf. museum learning center in the Presidio of San Francisco. Currently in design is a prototypical triathlete training center in Mountain View. With some thirty-odd projects going on at any one time, we are looking for applicants who can learn fast and multi-task in an open creative environment.
Salary is commensurate with experience - benefits package include a 401k profit-sharing plan.
We are looking for someone with demonstrable design and production skills who can be trained in our system and help us to elevate our standards.
