Job responsibilities:
- Day‐to‐day client contact for major clients in Hong Kong & Macau or the region.
- Team leader responsible for assigning tasks and managing the daily work flow of the project
team.
- Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region.
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and / or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.

COOKFOX Architects is seeking a Junior Interior Designer with 2-5 years professional experience and excellent design skills to join our interiors team. This position will focus primarily on interior architecture work with an emphasis on the selection of finishes and fixtures along with the development of architectural and millwork details. You will be fully integrated into the architectural project design team as the interiors scope develops and thus you must demonstrate fluid collaboration, flexibility and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years professional experience in an architectural or interior design office.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Experience working on multiple interiors projects: high-end, multi- and single-family residential and/or hospitality experience preferred.
- Awareness of key design trends, lighting, color, and materials.
- Comfort in working independently, demonstrates professionalism in dealing with a variety of high-end clients as well as vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe CS Suite and AutoCAD required; SketchUp, and procurement software (Studio Designer) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong graphic and communication skills.
- Familiarity with specifications and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and architectural/interior finishes is a plus.
