Applicants must be:
- Registered architects or on-track for registration.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and / or Revit and able to work independently or as part of team.
- Finding a "good fit" is important to us and strong communication, fluent in English, and good organizational skills are required.
- Able to learn new software and be comfortable in a networked mapped drive layout.
- Candidates must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license.

Award-winning London practice urgently seeks Architects to join it’s growing team on a permanent basis.
This 25 strong, design led practice have gone from strength to strength over the last 12 months and are exceptionally busy in the run up to Christmas, putting them in a great position to expand the practice as we move into 2016. They operate successfully in many different sectors, including retail and leisure, and are as comfortable taking on private residential clients to multi-million pound commercial projects, and as a result have an incredible range of projects for the successful Architect to work on and run.
The initial project the Architect will be taking ownership of is a complex mixed-use project, comprising of retail, commercial and residential conversion and extension of an existing historic building in London. This exciting project is partially on-site and part planning, making this a great opportunity for the right Architect to get their teeth into and leave their stamp on.
In order to be considered for this role; you must be an Architect with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in practice, have a good understanding of construction detailing and site experience, have successfully worked on mid-sized commercial refurb projects and be AutoCAD proficient, any ability on Revit would be a bonus.
