We are a small and growing architecture and interiors firm specializing in projects that require careful design thought, technical expertise and hands-on involvement. Current projects include residential, adaptive reuse, hospitality and commercial spaces in all stages of development and construction. - A professional architectural degree.
- 5-7 years of well-rounded professional architectural experience.
- A commitment to design excellence and a desire for professional growth.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and communication.
- Excellent digital drafting, modeling and visualization skills.
- Construction documentation production experience including consultant coordination, product research and detail development.
- Experience with zoning and building codes as well as agency and permitting coordination.
- Experience with construction administration.
Our Client, internationally known Architectural design firm, is accepting CV’s from qualified interested professionals for the role of Project/Field Architect.
Job responsibilities:
- Primary studio role responsible for drawing and coordinating drawings with the Macau and Las Vegas based design teams.
- Primary role for verifying existing conditions in the field.
- Primary role for observing Construction progress for adherence to design intent.
- Assist the Studio Leader and Senior Architect with the running of the project.
- Important collaboration role with Las Vegas design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent Construction Document drawings skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in the region is desirable.
- Pursuit of Professional Registration is desirable.
