The 120-person firm, working primarily from New York and San Francisco, provides design services that address the complete environment, not just a building or a plan or the infrastructure of a site—from the perspective of integrated design. The firm acts as a resource for some of the world’s most savvy and experienced developers and landowners often for projects in the hospitality sector. They are widely known and highly regarded for maximizing land value while respecting the cultural landscape and inherent qualities of a site and its context—balancing conservation with development. They work with their clients to create places that provide a competitive edge in the market and enduring value for future owners and their communities.
What sets them a part from other design-first firms is their truly integrated and interdisciplinary approach to projects. The firm is currently seeking two Senior Landscape Architects to lead landscape projects in San Francisco and New York. Both office locations require an experienced (10 year minimum) design leader with technical knowledge and expertise. The firm’ leadership seeks individuals who will lead and teach and grow with the successful practice. A minimum of an undergraduate professional degree in Landscape Architecture, from an accredited program, is required. Masters of Landscape Architecture is preferred. ASLA or other related professional certification or licensure strongly encouraged. Leed accreditation is a plus. A proven ability to verbally present design solutions and project descriptions in public settings, particularly with a developer audience, is essential.
