Five to ten years of experience with a focus on healthcare. Other market segment experience is a plus and may include:corporate, education andhospitality.
Technology requirements:
- Revit.
- Adobe creative suite.
- Microsoft Office (I think this is a must, not preferred).
- Preferred aptitude in sketch-up, Illustrator and InDesign.
Role responsibilities must include:
- Concept design development (solo and/or as part of a team).
- Schematic design.
- Design Development.
- Construction Documents (above and beyond finish plans and elevations).
- Finish, material and product specifications.
- FF&E specifications.
- Construction Administration a plus.
- Knowledge of building and ADA codes.
- Knowledge of appropriate material and finishes selections.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices.
- Space planning.
- Presentation documentation skills.
- Client presentation skills.
You will work within a team structure but expected to be self-driven.
Confidence in all aspects of Interior Design is a must.
