We are a successful luxury residential developer in London looking to expand our in-house Architecture department. The company has a multi-disciplinary approach to Architecture and Design Management of external consultant teams supported by a Construction / Contractor arm of the business advising on build-ability.
Currently we are seeking ambitious and talented Architects with proven high-end residential design and technical experience to work on some exciting new projects. Applicants will need to be ARB registered with a minimum of 3 years post part 3 experience. Candidates will need to be independent, motivated and comfortable working through all Riba work stages with a thorough understanding of how buildings are constructed and the relevant regulations and design standards. The role requires the ability to work closely with internal and external design teams, contractor and Client so good communication and strong interpersonal skills are a must.

We are currently assisting our Denver, Colorado client who presents a portfolio of architecture, interior design, engineering and planning projects in their search to find an Architect.
Client specialties: Structural engineering which is focused on the public's safety, owner's bottom line, and the contractor's ability to construct an excellent project; using light framed wood, structural steel, CMU, precast concrete, light gauge steel, as well as cast-in-place concrete.
Education and experience:
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited university is required.
- Licensed or actively seeking IDP and professional license.
- Architectural design, production and technical experience through all phases of project design, documentation and construction administration.
- Proficiency in Revit & Microsoft office are required; Proficiency in rendering software is a plus.
- Ability to develop preliminary design concepts into construction documents.
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; Ability to support multiple projects concurrently; Ability to work within budgets and schedules.
- Hands on construction experience a plus; Familiarity with building codes, specifications, detailing, and consultant coordination is a plus.
