Required skills:
- Extensive experience and ability in the use of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Extensive experience and ability in interior design and, graphic design concepts such as, but not limited to hand sketch case work, vignette scenes, hand coloring, rendering interior drawings, area take offs and shop drawings.
- Extensive proficiency and understanding of FFE Quantity Matrices.

Job description:
The firm is seeking a dynamic, creative Architects and Interior Designers to come on board and oversee multiple projects from initial concept creation through completion simultaneously. Responsibilities encompass design and execution of high-end hospitality and multiple F&B projects. The candidate will be responsible for providing team leadership throughout all parts of the process. Responsibilities also include interfacing with clients and creating innovative design solutions.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years for Intermediates and 5 years for Project Designers with Architectural or Interior Design experience with an emphasis on Hospitality / restaurant work. You must be equipped with strong communication skills and experience leading design conceptualization. Experience building and managing client relationships is also important. Proficiency with programs such as AutoCAD and Rhino are necessary and various 3D/rendering software is helpful.
Additional information:
This is an immediate, full-time, permanent position with a salary in the $55-$70k range for intermediate candidates and $70-90k for Project Designers, in addition to a complete benefits package.
