Silberstang Lasky Architects is a full service, dynamic and award winning firm based in Chelsea in Manhattan. We are experienced in creating residential, institutional and commercial spaces. We are looking to hire a highly motivated and well-rounded junior to intermediate level architect to join our team. You should have a minimum of 2.5 to 3 years experience to assist in all phases of the project delivery process from schematic design, through construction documents and construction administration. You should be self-motivated and able to work both individually and in a team environment. You must also be able to switch between tasks quickly.

- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- 3D Modeling and Rendering (Sketchup, Vray for Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
- Candidates must be currently located in the New York City area and have valid work status in the US.

Barc Architects are an emerging, design-led practice, we are having an exciting year with some great project opportunities and are looking to expand our team with a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and experienced Project Architect.
Applicants should ideally be / have:
- A talented and motivated designer with at least 5 years post part 3 experience (or equivalent).
- Experience in running projects through all of the RIBA work stages, including performing the role of contract administrator.
- A good communicator with experience in working directly with clients and as part of a design team.
- Excellent detailing skills and experience in the preparation of production information.
- Proven experience of delivering completed, high quality projects, including high-end residential work.
- Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and JCT construction contracts.
- Good/advanced knowledge of Vectorworks, SketchUp and the Adobe suite.
