Requirements, skills & qualifications:
- Registered Architect with 5-10 years of experience in quality commercial design (retail / office / hotel / mixed-use) and high-density residential, with excellent design and technical skills.
- Successful contributor in a high energy design team environment.
- Ability to generate sound and innovative concepts.
- Leed ap (preferred).
- Experience with master planning and mixed-use developments.
- Quality hand drawing, sketch and renderings.
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel, Word.
